Profiled rubber belts
High-quality profiled rubber belts are a valuable addition to our line of flat belts. This type of belt is used to increase products in various industry areas. In principle, an inclination angle of 20° can be achieved with a flat conveyor belt (depending on the material to be conveyed). Our belts are based on years of experience and are therefore unique in their profile and execution.
Chevron belts
Profiled rubber belts, also called chevron belts, are constructed in the same way as the conventional flat multipli rubber conveyor belts. They consist of a top coating, a fabric package and a bottom coating. The profiles are vulcanised together with the belt and are thus homogeneously connected with the top coating of the belt..
