PU die-cutting belts are applied for die-cutting of different materials, such as cardboard, leather, laminate, plastic, fabrics … Die-cutting belts have an extra sturdy cutting and a lasting resistance belt surface that guarantees a long service life.

Strong PU coating

PU die-cutting belts are made up of a thick fabric, finished with a solid PU coating. This PU is thermoplastic and can be welded in a simple way. We have extensive experience in assembling this belt and we would gladly come to your establishment for this. The PU die-cutting belts are available in different thicknesses; maximum thickness here is 9 mm. There are also various degrees of hardness between 75° and 100° Shore A.
